Update

Well I guess that we've been holding back on a few updates until we made up our minds (what else is new right?)

First off we think that we might have sold one of Aaron's cars (Wa Hoo!) The civic has been for sale for a while, we have had several people call but no real bites. Well after putting it in the QC FISBO motor "thing" this weekend we have one kid that really wants it but has to sell his jeep before he can buy it. Well to our pleasant surprise we had another big bite. I guess the car is in the paper as well and we had another kid out test driving it for a friend that lives in Iowa City tonight. He really liked it and thinks that his friend will definitely want it. He will be down on Monday to drive it and check it out and buy it on the spot I believe if he likes it. The kid that drove it tonight said that if he didn't have his car payment he'd keep it for himself. Well take the money from that and pay off almost all of my car which is pretty awesome considering we bought it just over a year ago.

Second update. We are starting to think about selling our house again. Aaron has a friend who works for Mel Foster who we know won't take advantage of us etc. He is going to come out on Thursday to take a look at our house and work on getting it up on their website and for sale (Not by owner this time!!) Which takes the stress off of us a lot more.We just so happen to have found an adorable cute little house in Bettendorf that we really like already. We're not moving too quickly on it and want to test our house out first but are definitely keeping it in mind. It's been on the market for 50 some days. It's a lot cheaper than the last house that we had our eyes on but would be a perfect first house. The front, isn't it just a cute little cottage!

Dining room with wood flooring.

Sun room in the back. Fenced in back yard and lots of flowers and plants which keeps Sarah happy!

From the back.

Ok now please don't get too excited I don't want to get my hopes up too high but wanted to share our cute little find. Wish us luck on us selling our house!!!
