Teeth!

So we've been a little busy this last week or two with my birthday celebrations, spending time with family and friends and the usual daily activities. Now that I've gone back to work from being off for almost two whole weeks I'm still finding it very challenging to get up each morning and sooo enjoyed sleeping in until 9-9:30 everyday. We went to Biagie's (I think that's how you spell it) for my birthday dinner which was on Friday due to Holly's work schedule. Dinner was great and we came back to the house to play cards afterwords which was a blast (especially since I won!)

Grandma had her heart surgery yesterday which I was told went very well. She's awake but still groggy which is expected for all that she just went through. They ended up replacing 3 of the 4 heart valves and removed the aneurysm. Hopefully it gave her many additional years of health and happiness.

Madison has her first tooth! She started major fussing on Sunday and I didn't quite know what to do with it as it was soo off from her normal happy go lucky attitude. On the second day Sara noticed that you can see the teeth impressions for the bottom teeth and it looks like maybe a top tooth as well. The bottom tooth popped through yesterday on day three, not very far but you can sure feel the sharp little thing when she chomps down on your finger. She's got a runny nose which comes hand in hand with teething that she's not enjoying at all.

Well that's all for now I guess....I have 9 minutes left of lunch and then back to work I go!
