Our house had originally sold...then the lady backed out. It got put back on the market today and has sold already. Yeah I know, HOLY COW! Well the same lady came back and agreed to our conditions. My guess is that she went out to quite a few open houses today and realized what a deal she was getting and came crawling back. Oh well we both win I guess. She gets the house that she wants and we get to move!
The second half of the update. We have also purchased a house today. We still need to do the final paperwork but thanks to MOM, she realized that a friend was getting relocated and was moving out of an adorable house and was looking for a buyer. Well after going to see it and falling in love we decided that it was perfect. 4 bedroom, office, A DINING ROOM! kitchen, two car garage, fireplace, 1 block from a great elementary school, the park, the pool, it's just great. Baby's room is upstairs, all appliances except the washer and dryer stay, fenced in backyard. Poor Boudrea isn't going to know what to do when we don't leave to go back "home" when we move. Poor guy.....
I've also attached some pictures from mom's birthday this weekend. She wanted to go to Appaloosa which turned out to be a very good movie and then head off to Aztecha for dinner which was very fun. I made sure that they got the proper birthday treatment and to my HUGE surprise mom actually tasted her shot of tequila! Who knew right!
Dad didn't end up going skydiving today since there is ridiculous winds that somehow blew over the tree in his front yard! I have pictures but mom hasn't sent them to me yet. I'll post later....
Mom and dad with their and grandpa's birthday cake (even though grandma and grandpa couldn't make it down). We missed them today/ We had a good time and stayed until after dinner.I hope that you guys liked the house. It will have a GUEST ROOM, so keep that in mind!!!
