So our world took a downward spiral after work today. Apparently the lady that bought our house got "approved" for a loan but now the same company won't give her a loan due to issues that I'm not going to go into detail about pretty much leaving us with no buyer for our house and no money to put down on the house that we were going to buy.....We have several options such as renting our house out to the lady and have in the contract that she'll purchase it in the end, or put it back up for sale and see what happens. If we rent the house out to her, we're still without money to put down on our new house....that shorts us money for closing and we'd have to purchase a washer and dryer which we'd be short money for as well...
Needless to say we're bummed and looking into our options, but if anyone can think of a way to quickly make $5 -$6,000 let us know....otherwise it looks like we'll be here until our house sells....again hoping that the perfect house that we've found doesn't get swept away from us. I told you that I didn't like this lady........
