Well I keep thinking that I'm forgetting to tell you guys something, our little girl is WALKING. Last Wednesday she took her first steps at Grandma and Grandpa Schuett's house. Grandpa, Aaron and I got to witness the first steps right into mommy's arms. She was so proud of herself and has been practicing ever since. She did also learn how to crawl today which I know is a little backwards, but I think the crawling might help her to be a bit more independent. She's figured out that crawling is a bit faster than the super scoot. We're working on pulling up to standing but she's not quite there yet.
We went to the pool today with cousins Isabel and Adria. It was a lot of fun for me since I don't get to see them for more than a few minutes each day. Isabel really enjoyed leading the group around the pool, and Madison and I helped her brave into the deep end to practice some swimming. The slide as always was the hit. We can get from 6-8 for one $2 for me and Madison is free. That's worth it to go a few times a week so Madison enjoys the water as much as Aaron and I do.
