Coat hook anyone?

Ok the reveal of my fun/cute little project that I'm a little too excited about. I helped with this one so that makes it that much more gratifying.
The before.... picture frame that has typically 3-4 layers of coats and hats in the winter.
The after (sorry for the bad lighting) as I just finished it at 9:30 but you get the idea!

I thought it would be a great use for this awkward little space between the back door and the basement door before coming into the kitchen. It's turned into the catch-all space which it can now handle!

I got the chair rail at Habitat for Humanity for $2! It was over 10' long and already painted once. I only had to do 1 final coat of white on it once we got the boards hung on the wall. the coat hooks came from Lowe's and will be well loved in their new home.

Short picture of last nights walk/swim for Boudreau by the river. We got blocked in by a train and got home a little late, but it was Madison's first memorable close up train experience which was fun.

Hope that you are well and thanks for stopping by!

Sarah
