November?

How did that happen?
My last blog was the beginning of October and I had a goal to blog more....oops...maybe I'll save that for my new years resolution. :)

I find myself tonight experiencing as much of a girls night possible without being able to leave the house. Aaron is off for his night with the boys playing pool so I have gotten really comfortable on the couch with a fire in the fireplace, a glass of wine, and a slice of chocolate pie while I watch my girly shows Gray's Anatomy and Private Practice. (My favorite TV night of the week by far).

Work has been so busy but getting better by leaps and bounds. I get to go to all of the meetings now (which turns out wasn't as exciting as I thought...) and lots of e-mails about job opportunities, benefits, announcements, insurance, timecards, and so many more.... it's great but takes up so much TIME. I know, I know I'll get used to it. For once I find myself looking forward to the end of the year because of vacation and the hope of work slowing down someday!

We've (I should say Aaron) has been putting together a fun little trip for us. He's so good at it and I just don't have the interest in doing the research necessary so it works out well. Anyway we're going to Las Vegas the week after Thanksgiving for a little get away. We're staying at Treasure Island and will be going to a few shows while we're there. I'm looking forward to a break from work and daily life for a little excitement.
