As many of you know labs are water dogs through and through and once we get within 5 blocks from the river (can't even see it yet) he knows where we're going. You throw his floating toy off of the dock and he is in the water after it...

So happy. Aaron, Boudrea, and the "duck" (Boudreau's toy that he just can't live without.

HOUSE UPDATE.
So after a month on the market we haven't gotten so much as a bite, matter of fact out of 3 open houses we've had 1 person through our house. It's starting to become a reality that we just might be here for a while. I know that everything happens for a reason but it's slightly depressing that we might have to stay in this tiny little rectangle for two more years..... sad. Oh well time will tell I guess. Our contingent offer goes until the end of July, and if we haven't sold it by then....we're going to wait.
On an up note, we wont' be as tight on cash, I can shop and PAINT some rooms in our house, we can get a new TV and a new couch and just wait a while on the house. Time will tell I guess.....?
