Memorial Day

Well today was spent lazying around with family being truly blessed to live in such an amazing country protected by brave soldiers that are out there protecting our freedom. We had our flag flying high, some great food on the grill and some kiddos in the pool enjoying the great day.
Madison spent the day in and out of the pool from about 10-2 having a great time. Adria even came over with Sara to enjoy some lunch and pool time.

Madison earlier in the morning when we were warming up the water with the summer sun. She had layers of sunscreen on and we had the umbrella up after about an hour so she could play in the shade. I think I had a little case of heat exhaustion so I'll need to up the water consumption next time but it was a great day!

We had Isabel's second birthday party tomorrow. Aaron took her to the first one while I ripped up the landscaping and I'm escorting to the second "friend party" tomorrow at Monkey Joe's for dinner and some jumping around. Should be a good time!
