The yard part 1

Well I've had a major yard overhaul this past memorial day weekend. I've never been so tired or sore in my whole life but I'm so overjoyed at how well the yard turned out.
I had sever plants that I planted last year that are finally flowering this year like the lovely

rhododendron. They are blooming big pink blooms this week which are so pretty.

Then I've somehow captured a picture of Aaron smiling :)

And my backyard. The Iris's were in full bloom last week and are about 2\3 of the way done. I had the most beautiful dark purple flowers. We're also trying out some tomato plans for the first time. They had buy 1 get 1 free so I thought it was worth a try. I also splurged on some more geraniums, and some impatience in the window box above the back door which I'm so excited to see grow over the summer. They are very easy to water from the hall window!
